Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately not at this time. Although this may change at some point, so keep popping back.
Can you prescribe herbs to help with my health problem?
This is not a service we can offer, however this too will change in time as we grow and add people to the business. Please remember, we are not doctors and you should always seek medical treatments for medical issues.
Can I order larger quantaties of a herbal infusion?
Yes! Drop us a message and let us know what you need, we're happy to help.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of an order. Costs start from £3.95 but if you have any queries before placing an order, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
What is your damages / returns policy?
Unfortunatley we are not able to accept opened herbal infusions. Any products you may wish to return, must be unopened. If you have any issues at all with any of our products, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
If an item arrives damaged from transit, please contact us sending photos of the damage and we will refund or replace the item as appropriate.
